One of Debbie’s signature projects is the revitalization of a historic 1925 bank building that had been vacant for more than fifteen years. Recognizing its architectural charm and untapped potential, she led a complete transformation that blended preservation, creativity, and community impact.

Debbie oversaw a full renovation of the original structure and added a four-story addition to the back of the building, completing the entire redevelopment in an impressive six months. The once-abandoned property was reborn as a vibrant marketplace featuring more than 80 local vendors offering jewelry, home décor, furniture, gifts, and two restaurants.

The restored building showcases grand Palladian windows, crystal chandeliers, and elegant design details that honor its historic character while creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere. Debbie’s vision turned a forgotten landmark into a thriving community destination—one that supported small businesses, encouraged foot traffic, and brought new energy to the area.

This project reflects her commitment to beauty, regeneration, and creating places where people and local commerce can flourish.
