Since 1999, Debbie has renovated, built, rented, or sold over 500 properties, ranging from single-family homes to multifamily units and historic buildings.
Her work extends into land development, commercial redevelopment, and spec homebuilding, where she blends beauty, functionality, and long-term value. She has completed the construction of spec and custom homes priced between $150,000 and $2,000,000.
